Downtown Merchants Beer & Wine Walk Continues
January 19, 2017 (Kingman, AZ) On Saturday, February 11th, the Kingman Downtown Merchants Association (K.D.M.A) will be holding their fourth Beer & Wine Walk – this time in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The walk will be from 3 to 6pm, starting at The Standard newspaper located at 221 Beale Street. Cost is $20, which includes your souvenir wine glass and map designating the various stations to visit. The event will focus on building awareness for members of the K.D.M.A. while introducing the citizens of Kingman to the wide variety of businesses in Historic Downtown Kingman. Proceeds will aid in K.D.M.A.’s efforts to revitalize Downtown Kingman.
KDMA has also set dates for future walks – June 17th and October 21st. You’ll want to put those dates on your calendar now so you don’t miss them!

Come Have FUN with us…and experience a unique community event, started in 2014, featuring an array of super creative projects created by local ReInventors from re-purposed materials. You will have the opportunity to view all of the creative projects, vote on your favorites and participate in silent bidding on all of the projects you hope to take home with you, while you enjoy music, beverages of your choosing and some lite snacks.
There will be two honors given out this year: “The People’s Choice” Award -tallied from the audience votes & “The Best ReInvention” Award – tallied from a panel of community judges.

It is easy, go to https://hospicehavasu.ticketbud.com/reinvention click ReInventor to get registered (now thru January 31, 2017). You will receive one of your 2 event tickets when you register and the second ticket when you turn in your finished project. Now create a project out of objects and materials you are re-purposing, your project can be something functional, or a work of art. Your finished project will need to be completed by February 24th (the day before the event ) and dropped off at the Nautical Beachfront Resort Convention Center between 10pm-4pm.
